Rotary District 9600 Conference

I learned a lot at the conference over the weekend and heard many great speakers. I enjoyed spending time with the Peace Fellows and the other two Ambassadorial Scholars, Erika Kataoka and Terry Vo.

The highlight for me was catching up with the numerous Rotarians I have met: Former Rotary International President Glen Kinross of the Hamilton, Lloyd and Val Hooper of Kingaroy, Gay Lohse of Gympie, Michael Michaux of Toowong, and many others. Special thanks to Shaughn Forbes (Ashgrove/The Gap) for hosting me, the Rotarians of Kippa-Ring for sponsoring my conference fees, and Fran (Ashgrove/The Gap), Phil (Fortitude Valley), and Wes (Toowong) for giving me a lift.
